Signature Required
Customers now have the option to have FedEx require a signature by the recipient upon delivery of their order for additional shipping security. This applies to home deliveries in the continental United States only. For this service, choose "US - Home Delivery Signature Required" during checkout. This service costs an additional $5. For more information, see the link below.
Also, please note that orders valued over $500.00 USD will be Signature Required by default, due to FedEx regulations.

All orders
By ordering through this site, customers agree to our company's terms and conditions as well as to the terms and conditions set forth by our shipping company,
FedEx. These conditions can be found online in the
FedEx Service Guide.
All orders are filled in the order that they are received. Phone-in orders do not receive priority over orders placed via this site or vice-versa.
For orders over $1500, or Next Day or Express shipping, call toll free (877)735-5033 to place your order. Also contact us for information about shipping via the United States Postal Service.

international shipping page for ordering information.
Customers in Alaska and Hawaii will receive their orders via either the United States Postal Service or FedEx, depending on order size, weight, delivery area, etc.
Customers in Puerto Rico will receive their orders via FedEx.
Additional charges may apply for multiple box shipments or oversize/overweight items. These charges will be calculated after receipt of original order, during processing, and will be charged separately to the card used for the original order. We will contact you before charging the card.
All orders made before 10AM (Central Time) on business days will be shipped same day. Orders made after 10AM or on weekends will be shipped the following business day.
All shipping time estimates below are based on non-Holiday season averages. Empire Chrome Shop cannot guarantee these estimates, especially during times of above average shipping volume, such as Holidays, or extreme weather conditions that may affect transportation of goods.

Canadian Orders
We currently ship to the following Canadian provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon Territory.
Starting March 10, 2008, all Canadian orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service in conjunction with Canada Post.
As of April 18, 2008, shipping rates for Canadian orders were increased. This is due to the recent change from FedEx to USPS for these shipments. Although we are unhappy that these rates must be increased, the change from FedEx to the USPS/Canada Post will save our customers money due to MUCH lower customs fees.
Orders shipping into remote/rural areas of Canada may take somewhat longer to deliver than orders shipping into major cities and suburbs. Please allow up to 2 business weeks for delivery to remote/rural Canada.
On all Canadian orders, the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes. As we cannot estimate these charges prior to the shipment's arrival in Canada, these charges are NOT included in your shipping charges.
