Shipping Rates
For all other countries, orders will be shipped VIA the United States Postal Service. Smaller items weighing up to 20 pounds can be shipped in USPS Flat Rate or Large Flat Rate boxes. USPS Flat Rate boxes come in two sizes: 11" X 8.5" X 5.5", and 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8". Either size costs $40 USD (United States Dollars) per Flat Rate box to ship, plus an additional insurance charge based on the retail value of the shipment. See the chart below for more information on insurance charges. As of March 3, 2008, a Large Flat Rate box is also available. The Large Flat Rate box measures 12" x 12" x 6" and costs $50 to ship, plus an additional insurance charge based on the retail value of the shipment. Items measuring larger than the size of the Flat Rate box/Large Flat Rate box or weighing more than 20 pounds must have their shipping calculated using some other method. Payment
Accepted payment methods for international orders are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or wire transfers.
All duties, taxes, and customs clearance and delivery fees must be paid in full to the proper parties by the customer. Foreign country duty and tax information is not available from Empire Chrome Shop. Customers must contact their country's customs authorities to inquire about duties, taxes, and customs clearance and delivery fees.
How to Order
Due to the highly specific nature of each individual order, we currently don't take international orders through our website's online shopping cart. To ensure 100% accuracy in products shipped and shipping costs calculated, we will take international orders through e-mail or by phone. Currently we are unable to communicate in any language other than English. Please provide the SKU's and quantities of the products you want to order and your shipping address in order for us to estimate shipping charges. Contact us today to place your international order!
Returns
Our standard return policy applies to international shipping, with the exception of the "within 30 days" clause, due to extended shipping times on international purchases. Shipping on purchases is non-refundable, and all return shipping will be paid by the customer. All returns must be shipped via USPS insured mail. This will enable the package to be tracked by both parties and ensure receipt. Items to be returned must be unused and unopened, in the original packaging in resalable condition. Freight is non-refundable. In order to receive an exchange or refund the customer must provide a copy of the original purchase receipt along with the original item. Prior to shipping a return, you must contact Empire Chrome Shop for a return goods authorization (RGA) number. Without this number, your return will not be processed.
Other Information
Some countries do not offer tracking information once packages have left the United States. In these cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient country to deliver the package.
Any items prohibited by a recipient country cannot be shipped to customers of that country.
Empire Chrome Shop's standard Terms and Conditions apply to international orders.
For certain countries with limited domestic package tracking capabilities, customers may not be allowed to place an additional order until they have received the original order. This is for security purposes.
Orders to the Middle East are limited to a value of $250 USD due to postal regulations.
Empire Chrome shop has sent many orders internationally, to countries including Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Norway, Germany, Russia, and Ireland.
