Freightliner Stainless Steel Cab and Sleeper Kits - Chicken Lights
One of the oldest and most recognized truck accessories is the cab and sleeper kit, also known as the chicken light kit. These panels add length to your cab and sleeper and provide a surface on which it is easy to mount LED lights for extra flair and even to make your truck more visible. Some trucks come from the manufacturer with these already installed, but if yours didn't, we've got the parts for it. These stainless steel panels are usually very easy to install and by using our continuous wire harness, adding LED lights is a snap. When we put these on trucks in our shop, average installation time ranges from an hour and a half to three hours, depending on the customer's existing wiring.
The two most common light holes used in chicken lights are the
2" round LED and the
Peterbilt-style LED light. We are able to special order other light styles if you prefer. Already have the cab panels or sleeper panels, and you just need to complete the set? No problem. We sell them separately for that very reason. Our knowledgeable staff will help you measure and match up to ensure that your truck ends up looking its best.
